POST /api/qr/ai/generate-managed – Verwaltete KI (ohne LLM-Schlüssel)

Gleiches Anfrageformat wie /api/qr/ai/generate, aber llmProvider, llmApiKey und llmModel werden ignoriert: Du brauchst keinen LLM-Schlüssel. Die Engine nutzt eigene Modelle mit einer Ausweichkette (Groq → Gemini → OpenAI). Die Aufrufe zählen auf das Kontingent für verwaltete KI deines Plans.
